All Programs are available on PDF File to download for up to 24 hours. Video links are also provided with all Programs. Just cut and paste the provided link to your browser and you'll have a step by step demonstration of all exercises!
Required materials: Treadmill, a pair of light dumb bells ( 5, 8, or 10 lbs), and some circuit weightlifting machines.
