I’ve been in the fitness and wellness space for almost two decades, and over that time I’ve helped transform the lives of countless people—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I worked as an executive in another industry before finding my way into fitness, and I made that shift because I genuinely wanted to help people change their lives. What started in 2009 grew into a long-term commitment to guiding people toward better health, fitness, confidence, and longevity in a way that actually fits into real life.
Alongside my coaching career, I am a retired professional athlete and pro bodybuilder, having competed on both the amateur and professional circuits for over two decades. I earned my professional credentials later than most—in my late 40s—proving firsthand that there is no expiration date on growth, strength, or achievement. My journey is living proof that nothing is impossible, regardless of when you start.
Over the years, I’ve developed a fitness and nutrition program that is simple, sustainable, and proven. There’s no guesswork or extremes—it’s rooted in common sense, consistency, and habits that people can maintain long-term. When paired with my coaching style, the results speak for themselves. I’ve watched people lose weight, regain confidence, improve their health, and completely change the way they see themselves and what they’re capable of.
Now in my late 50s, I’m still active, strong, and energized. I truly believe my vitality comes from how I eat, how I move, and how I take care of myself daily. This isn’t a phase or a quick fix for me—it’s a lifestyle I plan to carry with me for the rest of my life.
My mission is to influence and empower people of all ages, with a special focus on women entering their later years who are ready for change. This stage of life is an opportunity to rebuild strength, reconnect with yourself, and create habits that support long-term health and confidence. With the right guidance and a sustainable approach, meaningful transformation is always within reach. I’m here to support you every step of the way and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
