Services

Nutritional Coaching - Advanced - 3 Months
$600.00

Three months of nutritional guidance catered specifically for you. Includes supplement recommendations and a cardio schedule that will work around your training. Also includes weekly 30 minute virtual check-ins which will require progression photos and an updated weight from you. This plan is for the individual who is self sufficient in the gym and currently training, but whose diet needs tweaking. Requires dedication, precision and focus in order to get results. Very specific and intense program designed just for you to get that shredded physique you’ve always dreamed of.  


In Person Training
$180.00

One-on-one training tailored to your body. goals, and fitness level. Sessions focus on proper form, strength conditioning, and consistency - with workouts that are effective, safe, and sustainable.

In-person training sessions may take place at Complete Body in Chelsea, your home gym, or at another mutually agreed-upon location.

Virtual Training
$90.00

One-on-one, personalized, live training sessions delivered virtually so you can train wherever you are. Each session focuses on proper form, effective programming, and consistency - with coaching that fits into your lifestyle.

Sessions are held via FaceTime. Clients may train at home or at their local gym. A phone or device set up with good Wi-Fi is required for the session.

The Program is a monthly online nutrition and fitness coaching membership designed to help you stay consistent, supported, and progressing toward your goals. The membership includes ongoing nutrition guidance, weekly coaching support, and a curated library of workouts and exercises—including strength training, conditioning, and HIT jumpstart programs.

Built around sustainability and real life, The Program provides the structure and accountability you need—without extremes or guesswork.
